For sale is a 1999 EAGLE 500-05CV Portable Impact Crushing Plant.

The used EAGLE 500-05CV Portable Impact Crusher has been in operation for 7,300 hours and is rated for 100-to-150 Tons Per Hour (TPH). It features an open circuit design and is powered by a John Deere Diesel engine, which drives the crusher. The Power Take-Off (PTO) and the electric generator for the feeder have both been rebuilt.

The plant is equipped with a discharge conveyor that has a new belt and is mounted on a three-axle carrier. This carrier has a fifth wheel hookup and running lights for easy transportation. For easy access, the plant has steps and tire skirts.

The plant also comes with a feed hopper and a one-step 32" X 16' vibrating grizzly feeder. This feeder has grizzly bars on the lower step for efficient feeding. The plant houses a ULTRAMAX UM-05 HSI Crusher with a 33 " X 32" feed opening. The crusher has a four-blow bar rotor, with blow bars that have been flipped and are rated at 50% wear remaining.

The plant also features a 30" material discharge belt and a DING self-cleaning magnetic conveyor. It has a gas-powered pony motor that can hydraulically lift the plant off its tires. The plant is stabilized with four hydraulic stabilizers.

The EAGLE 500-05CV Portable Impact Crusher dimensions are: 8' 6" wide, 13' 5" high, and 48' 6" in Overall Length (OAL), with a kingpin length of 44' 6". The plant weighs approximately 73,000 lbs.
